Many of our junior athletes qualified to make it through to various events including long jump, high jump, hurdles, 100m sprints and endurance runs of 600m and 1000m at the U12 National Finals at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia on Saturday 5^th May 2018.

It was a very warm day and after the opening ceremony with the national anthem and a warm up session the junior athletes all started competing.

The Lizards had a great day with some podium places and new personal bests and some exciting finishes with strong competition at the national level, which is the highest level for our juniors including:

1000m Boys Final:
