Today was day 1 of the 2018 Limassol Marathon, a great event that the Limassol Lizards are proud to participate in every year, as it is not only a great event but also by the sea in our home town! There was a large number of participants this year in the kids race and we had a large number of kids from our team entering. 

The Lizards had a great time racing today, with beautiful weather and we ended the day with a fantastic 10 podium finishes:

Under 9s:

• 1st Place Boys – Alexandros Kashouris
• 2nd Place Boys – Nick Nolas
• 1st Place Girls – Tarini Singh

Under 14s:

• 1st Place Boys – Marios Andreou
• 2nd Place Boys – Christos Asonitis
• 2nd Place Girls – Veronica Photiou
• 3rd Place Girls – Annabel Rhodes

Under 17s:

• 1st Place Boys – Valerios Mallouris
• 1st Place Girls – Irene Christou
• 3rd Place Girls – Zara Meaby
