It’s time again for our fantastic annual “Ipsonas Is Running For You” event!

We are very excited to announce that for the 5th time, our jointly organised with the Municipality of Ipsonas at the beautiful location of Kouris Dam (Ipsonas village side near the overflow) will be taking place on Sunday 9th October 2022. Registrations are online and you can pick up your numbers between 8-8.30am.

All proceeds from the event will once again be given to orphaned children in memory of our mayor Pantelis Georgiou’s family, so we want as many participants as possible to join us in order to raise money to support this great cause.

As in previous years, there will be several races taking place on the day including:

• 600m Races for children up to 11 years old (Primary school) Free entry:

9.30am (2015 and later)

9.40am (2013-2014)

9.50am (2011-2012)

 

• 1500m Race:

10.00am (2008-2010 – 12-14 years old) Gymnasium – Free Entry

10:10am (2007-2005 – 15-17 years old) High school – Free Entry

10.20am Adults – €5 Entry

There will also be wheelchair participation for disabled athletes accompanied by their carers and any parents who wish to join with small children in their prams can also join the adults race.

 

• 5km Race Adults:

9.05 am  Open Category –  €5 Entry

 

• 10km Race Adults:

9.00 am  Open Category –  €10 Entry

All participants will get a free race T-shirt and participation medal.

 

HOW CAN YOU JOIN?
