3rd ‘Ipsonas is Running For You’ on 13th October 2019

As our annual racing event draws closer,  jointly organised with the Ipsonas Municipality, we are excited to share with you all the latest news on our upcoming ‘Ipsonas is Running For You’ event, which is due to take place on Sunday 13th October 2019 at the new location of Kouris Dam.

Now in its third year, we are always trying to upgrade our events and in particular to provide our runners and all participants with a fun day and something different! So as numbers also grew,  it seemed only fit that we would move from the town hall venue of the last two years, to a brand new route which runs alongside the picturesque damn, with stunning views across the water, the dam and the surrounding hills.

All proceeds from the event will be given to orphaned children, so sign up now to support this great cause.

There will be several races taking place on the day including:

500m Races for children up to 11 years old (Free entry):

9.15am (2012 and later)

9.25am (2010-2011)

All participants will get a free race T-shirt and medal and there will also be massages & a great raffle with prizes from Primetel, Herbalife, CY GYM, vouchers from Mizuno Basesport and more!
